The following agreement (“Agreement”) describes the conditions under which you can access and use the zoom service (“Service”). To become a user of this service or continue, you must read and accept all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract, you cannot use or access the service. 20.1 Choice of the law and forum. This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of California and is interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as they apply to agreements concluded and executed in California by residents of California. With the exception of Schedule A, the parties to the exclusive jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the state courts in Santa Clara County, California, and the federal courts of the Northern District of California agree.
